Syracuse Speaks-Central New York’s Fresh Water, With Our Own Ed Michalenko!

We have a lot of water in Central New York. A lot of good quality water. A lot of different water sources. And that’s an asset for the region.

But while we have plenty of the natural resource, it takes a large system to care for it, promote it, and protect it. On this episode of Syracuse Speaks, we talk to the people planning around and depending on our water.

We’ll look at how restoration of formerly polluted systems can improve neighborhoods, why fresh water can be an advantage in bringing new industry to the area, and what challenges climate change will bring to our water supply.
