Katy Jacobs, OEI Professional Landscape Architect, is a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) with 9+ years of experience and the ability to lead projects through all stages, including site analysis, conceptual design, code review, design development, bid documents, construction review, and contract administration. She has a passion for master planning, sustainable design, open space design, and custom detailing. Ms. Jacobs has also served as Project Manager in Colgate University’s Planning, Design, and Construction office since January 2019, and as Landscape Designer/Project Manager at Appel Osborne Landscape Architecture from 2009 to 2019. She earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in 2009 from SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry (ESF).

Elizabeth Hassett, OEI Geographic Information System (GIS) Analyst, has a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College, and a Master of Science from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) in Forest and Natural Resource Management, with a focus in quantitative methods. She has worked with GIS for her graduate degree, as well as for her previous employers, O’Brien and Gere and the Syracuse Metropolitan Transportation Council.
